For those born in Goa before 19th December 1961: List of documents: Birth Certificate / Birth Teor of applicant ( Birth Certificate in Portuguese) Document of Identification – Indian Passport along with Aadhaar Card or Election Card/ Voters Card or Driving License or ID card from the country you're in Death Certificate (If the applicant is deceased) Birth Certificate / Birth Teor and Marriage Certificate / Marriage Teor of the applicant’s parents Certificate of Residency with full address and photograph, indicating residency between January 1974 and December 1975 For those born after 1961: It will be necessary to prove that your parents or grandparents were born in Goa and got married there before 1961.
